How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings › Add-ons and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so they come back on any iPhone signed in with it. If you own LunexCam One, every add-on is unlocked.
Can I use my own LUTs?
Yes. Import any 3D .cube LUT from Files. It's a monitoring LUT: it shows on the viewfinder while you film (handy with Apple Log), and your footage is saved untouched so you can grade it later, for example in LunexStudio.
Where are my consent forms kept?
On your iPhone, in Files › On My iPhone › LunexCam › Consent Forms, encrypted whenever the phone is locked. You can export the consent register as a spreadsheet from the Consent forms screen in Settings.
How do I send shots to LunexStudio?
In LunexStudio on your Mac or iPad, open Live and turn on Receive from LunexCam. Then in LunexCam open Settings › Send to LunexStudio, pick your Mac or iPad and enter the six-digit code. New shots are sent automatically.
Does LunexCam collect any data?
No. There are no accounts, analytics, ads or tracking. See the privacy policy for the details.
