AssentCam support
Answers to common questions, and how to get in touch.
Where are the signed forms stored?
On your iPhone only, in Files › On My iPhone › AssentCam › Consent Forms, encrypted whenever the phone is locked. Nothing is sent to us.
Someone wants to withdraw their consent.
Open their record in Settings › Consent records and mark it withdrawn. AssentCam keeps the form as evidence and lists the photos linked to it so you can stop using them.
How is AssentCam different from LunexCam?
AssentCam is a simple point-and-shoot camera built around consent. LunexCam is a full manual camera, with consent forms as an optional add-on.
Does AssentCam collect any data?
No. There are no accounts, analytics, ads or tracking. See the privacy policy for the details.
Email contact@henryharris.co.uk. It helps to include your device model, its iOS, iPadOS or macOS version, and the version of AssentCam (in its Settings › About).
