Are my original photos changed?
No. Edits are saved as Apple's standard non-destructive adjustments, so the original is always kept. Choose Revert to Original at any time.
How do my LUTs, presets and projects get to my other devices?
Through your own iCloud Drive, in the Lunex folder. Make sure iCloud Drive is on for LunexStudio in Settings on each device.
LunexCam can't find my Mac or iPad.
Open LunexStudio's Live screen and check Receive from LunexCam is on and shows Ready. Both devices need to be on the same Wi-Fi, and Local Network access must be allowed for both apps in Settings › Privacy & Security.
Which video formats can I export?
4K or 1080p HEVC, 1080p or 720p H.264, and ProRes 422.
Does LunexStudio collect any data?
No. There are no accounts, analytics, ads or tracking. See the privacy policy for the details.
